The National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC) provides students with the opportunity to experience life on a college campus, develop essential leadership skills, and explore a future career through exciting simulations, exclusive site visits and interactive meetings with renowned leaders in their chosen field. As the Program Directors, I successfully created an international game design program for incoming undergraduates which received $10MIL in revenue. Students developed games in Unity from concept to finish in a week and attended industry speaker series / studio tours with +30 developers from Microsoft, Sony, Amazon, EA, indie studios, & much more. Due to the program's success I created new schedules, hired new staff, & managed logistics for the students to attend NSLC at American University, University of Seattle, & UCLA locations.
